A. Tour Execution Partners
- Your Trip Components: Hotels, Museums, Activity Operators, Shops.
- Transportation: Travel Bus Companies, Mountain Railways, Lake Cruise Operators.
- Local Tourism: Another Tour Guide or Tour Organizations to complete the requested tour.
B. Business Service Providers
- Digital Tools: Social Media Platforms (e.g., Facebook, X), Web Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Administration: IT Providers, Accounting Services, and Cloud/Email Providers (e.g., Microsoft 365).

5. Sending Data Outside Switzerland
We are authorized to transfer your data to countries outside of Switzerland, including those in the EU and other nations that may not have an equivalent level of data protection.
When transferring data to a country with equivalent protection (as recognized by Swiss authorities), the foreign data protection law applies. For all other countries, we safeguard your data by implementing standard contract clauses approved by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. Duration of Data Storage
We retain your data only for as long as it's required by law or needed for the specific purpose of processing.
If you have a contract with us, the related data is kept at least for the contract duration and any subsequent legal claims periods. We may keep data based on our legitimate interest unless your right to have the data deleted or anonymized is stronger than our interest.

In particular, we reserve the right to delete or restrict the processing of data necessary for asserting claims related to the customer's contractual relationship only after the expiration of the respective limitation and forfeiture periods as far as there is no legal or contractual obligation for us to retain such data.
8. Obligation to Provide Data
Unless explicitly stated when collecting the data, the provision of data is neither necessary nor compulsory. If you do not provide us with data we necessarily require, we are not in the position to enter a contractual relationship with you and you may not benefit from our services.
9. Additional Privacy Details
9.1 Data Processing: Booking and Service Use
To provide our services and organize excursions, processing your data is necessary. When you book, we collect name, first name, country, contact details (email, phone), age of the group (adult/child/infant), and your booking agency. We also record any information you share voluntarily. This data is used for essential functions such as booking the excursions, managing attendance, reserving seats, and coordinating services with third parties like hotels or activity providers.
9.2 Credit Card Payments
When you pay by credit card, your card details are required for payment processing, but they are never handled or stored by page swissanpi.com.
Instead, the payment is processed directly by established third-party payment service providers. For online bookings, this process is managed through the integrated payment system provided by Adyen or PayPal.
We (Hanna Pilkevich) assume no liability for the data processing activities or data protection compliance of the respective third-party payment providers.
Reservations and upgrades can be paid directly with the tour guide if Payment is made in cash.
9.3 When Using Our Website (swissanpi.com)
9.3.1 Creation of Log Files and Use of Cookies
When accessing our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the calling computer system (known as log files). Additionally, we use cookies on our website. Cookies are small files that are stored on the user's computer when using the website, allowing us to recognize your browser during the next session. Through analysis cookies, we gain insights into how the website is used, enabling us to optimize our offering, make the website more user-friendly, and improve its quality. We collect statistics about the information regarding the search engines used, search terms used, languages used, origin of the visitors by countries, browsers used and their plugins, operating system, number of visits, date and time of visits, referrers, duration of visit and which pages were visited, entrance and exit pages, cancellation rates, IP addresses, etc.
The user data thus collected will be pseudonymized by technical measures. Therefore, the allocation of the data to the calling user is no longer possible. The data are not stored together with other personal data of the user.
The data will also be stored in the log files of our system. No further storage of these data together with other personal data of the user will take place.
The data will be deleted as soon as the respective session has been finished. Further storage is possible; in this case, the users' IP addresses will be deleted or anonymized in order to render allocation to the calling user impossible.
Depending on the browser settings selected, cookies are accepted automatically. Generally, however, you can set your browser so that the storage of cookies is deactivated, or you are notified when a cookie is placed. If you do not accept cookies, this may reduce the functionality of our website.
9.3.2 Using Google Analytics on Our Website
We utilize Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC in the U.S.A., to analyse how our website is used.
How it Works: Google Analytics uses cookies to generate information about your activity, including your anonymized IP address. This information is sent to, stored, and evaluated by a Google LLC server, which may be located in the U.S.A.
Important Note: Because the data may be stored in the U.S.A., it is possible that U.S. authorities could access it. Google is solely responsible for the processing of your data according to their own privacy policies.
How to Object (Opt-Out): You have the right to object to the collection of your data by Google Analytics using tools provided by Google LLC.

We use various social media plugins and links on our site to connect to our company pages on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

We base the above statements on information received from these providers but do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. To the extent legally permissible, we assume no responsibility for how these external companies handle your data.
9.3.4 Platform Use for Bookings
We utilize payment providers Adyen and PayPal, for booking and paying for our tour services.
Information regarding data processing for these services is covered by the privacy statements of Adyen and PayPal. We encourage you to review them, as we assume no liability for Adyen's and PayPal's data processing or its compliance with data protection laws.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to reasonably protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, and destruction.
Website Security
When you visit our website, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method high level of encryption supported by your browser to secure data transmission.
Limitations and Email
Emails and contact forms are generally not encrypted. We operate under the assumption that you will not transmit confidential or sensitive information to us through these channels. Because of this lack of encryption, we cannot guarantee that data sent via email or contact form will not be incomplete or accessed by third parties.
For your own security, we strongly recommend you DO NOT send us confidential information via email or contact form.
